Chapter
4: Interweaving Lies With Truth

As I woke up I
realized what had taken place. Shego was still out as I began to
search for Drakken I began to realize that they were serious. Drakken
wasnt there so I went back to check on Shego.

Ughwhat
happened? asked a still sleepy Shego.

Some of my old
acquaintances came and took Drakken to their boss, I replied.

Are you serious?
asked Shego. All I did was look at her with a
does-it-look-like-Im-kidding face.

Still dumbfounded Shego
replied, I guess you are. Well what do we do now?

We have no other
choice but to turn to Kim Possible and Global Justice for help, I
began.

Bu- Shego
protested.

As much as I dont
like to admit it Shego, we are in way over our heads here. Whoever
hired Trevor and Shion is serious and we need all the help we can
get, I finished.

Seeing that she
couldnt win the fight she was going to start Shego replied, Okay,
lets go.

==========At
the Possible residence==========

As everyone was eating
(including Ron and Rufus) Kim heard footsteps in the hall. As she got
up and signaled Ron they turned to face the doorway and there stood
Shego and myself.

Ahhh! What are you
doing here?!?! yelled Ron.

Why are you in my
house? asked Kim as she slipped into a defensive stance ready to
protect her family at all costs.

Calm down Kimberly
we are not here to fight but to merely talk, I responded.

Kim looked at Shego
with suspicion in her eyes. Shego responded, yeah what Kohanu
said.

About what? Kim
warily responded.

We believe that
Drakken has been kidnapped by some of Kohanus old acquaintances
then brought to their boss for who knows what, explained Shego in the
calmest voice she could muster.

How do you know that
and why should I trust you two? replied Kim.

Shego looked straight
into Kims eyes and said, Kohanu talked with them before they
knocked her out and youve just got to trust me on this Kim I would
not lie to about something like this. We could all be in serious
danger.

As Kim loosened her
defensive stance she replied, Dont expect me to fully trust you
just yet. For now I will believe you but if you hurt me or anyone I
know I will turn you over to GJ in an instant. Got that?

It was my turn to say
something, Actually Kimberly we wanted to talk with Global Justice
on this matter personally. Do you think you could get a hold of them
and arrange a meeting?

Still confused Kim
picked up her Kimmunicator and contacted Wade and said, Wade could
you get me a meeting with Dr. Director tomorrow?

Done, replied
Wade, but why?

All Kim did was turn
the Kimmunicator towards me and Shego.

Oh was all Wade
could manage to say.

With that Kim was done
setting up the meeting. As me and Shego were leaving Mrs. Possible
stopped us.

Although I dont
completely understand the situation do you two have a place to stay?
Mrs. Possible asked.

We looked at each other
and said, No.

Well how about you
two stay here just for tonight? Mrs. Possible offered.

Okay, Sure
were our replies.

This was going to be am
interesting night
